Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal (PEPT) has declared All Progressives Congress (APC) cross-petition challenging Peter Obi’s membership of the Labour Party (LP) as incompetent.
Justice Abba Mohammed, while reading the judgement said membership in a political party is an internal affair.
